The LUX Audience Award Cinema Young Professionals programme offers 27 professionals under 30 working in film theatres the opportunity to attend training and networking events and promote the LUX Audience Award at the national and European levels.

The fully-funded programme kicks off in Strasbourg, France, on 16-19 September 2024 at the announcement of the LUX Audience Award nominated films, continuing through the 2025 Award edition.

Eligibility

• EU Young professionals working in film theatres (programmers, marketing, communication, social media managers, film education or young audience development coordinators, etc.)
• Aged up to 30 years old
• Permanent employee of a cinema for 2024 and 2025
