The CoE training aims to enhance the skills of multipliers involved in local, national, or international activities and projects related to human rights education for young people.

What is it

A blended learning training comprising:

• Online learning: May to September
• Residential seminar at the European Youth Centre Budapest 23-30 September 2024
• Follow-up activities: October-December

Eligibility

• youth leaders and workers and educational experts involved in human rights education through youth work activities and in other NGOs concerned with human rights education
• able to work in English
• aged between 18-30 years old
• resident of one of the countries state parties to the European Cultural Convention
• supported by a youth organisation or institution within which they can act as multipliers of HRE
• have experience in working with young people
• committed to attend for the full duration of the course, including the preparatory and follow-up phases (approximately 2 hours per week during Phases 1 and 3)

Grants 

Travel expenses and visa fees for the training seminar in Budapest will be reimbursed. The organisers will provide board and lodging. 

A 60 Euro enrolment fee is required from each participant, which will either be deducted from travel expense reimbursement or paid directly at the seminar.
