Parlamentarium, the Parliament’s visitors centre, recently celebrated five years of being open to the public. To mark the occasion the European Parliament has launched the #ThisIsMy5 photo contest on the Parliament’s Instagram page. 

To join the competition, entrants will have to submit and share photos of their five: be it their five priorities, their main five wishes, five beautiful things, five friends, pets, favourite places…  They are free to choose.

Photos should be posted on Instagram using the hashtag #ThisIsMy5.  Participants should also tag @europeanparliament in their photos.

Who can participate
Entrants must live in an EU country, be over 18 years old, own full copyright for their photos and be available to travel to Brussels on 10th-11th March 2017.

Prizes
The best photos will be exhibited in the Parlamentarium, while the five winners will be invited to Brussels, Belgium, and the EP visitors centre. 
They will also get the chance to shoot a photo reportage for the European Parliament, during the Brussels Museum Night Fever event on 11th March 2017 and take over Parliament’s Instagram account for a day.
