International Children’s painting Competition on the Environment
Children worldwide, who are between 6 and 14 years old are invited to participate in the International Children’s Painting Competition on the Environment.
They can paint a picture on the theme: « Food Waste. Save the Planet – Save Food, Wasting Food is Wasting the Planet ».
The global winner will receive US$ 2,000 and the global second-place winner, as well as the winners from the different world regions, will receive US$ 1,000 each. In addition, they will all win a fully paid trip to a UNEP event. A diploma/certificate will also be given to the forty-eight 3rd, 4th and 5th place winners.
Original paintings (with the participant’s full name, age and address including phone and e-mail on the back) should be sent to:

The envelope or container of the painting(s) should be marked 23rd International Children’s Painting Competition and country of origin.
Deadline to submit pictures: was 15 March 2014.
