The European Alternatives’ School of Transnational Organizing is inviting changemakers from across Europe to join the D.E.M.O training and be one of 50 changemakers who will shape the Europe of tomorrow.

By joining their community of citizens, campaigners and activists from all over Europe, participants will be able to connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about creating positive change and explore new ways to promote honesty, leadership, self-awareness, equality, and diversity in our communities.

Over the course of 12 months, participants will receive expert training and mentoring to develop their leadership, technical, and theoretical skills. 

Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to put these skills into action by conducting two activities in their country.

What to expect

Participants will have to participate in the two in-person bootcamps taking place in Bulgaria and Slovakia and two online trainings (expenses for transport, subsistence and accommodation for the in-person bootcamps will be covered by the organisers).
