Organised by the European School Net Academy the course aims to empower teachers and educators to become informed and innovative advocates and facilitators of media literacy while supporting young people to understand opportunities and challenges around these topics.

How it works

The course is free of charge and is open from 6 May to 12 June 2024.

Participants can join at any time.

Who can apply

Primary and secondary school teachers of any subject, as well as heads of schools, school support staff, and policy makers.

Participants will

• Be familiar with the principles of effective media literacy education.
• Understand the issues faced by youth using modern technology.
• Develop educational approaches that meet the learners’ media literacy needs.
