Zis Foundation invites young people aged 16-20 of any nationality to get the chance to receive a 700 Euro grant for a self-organised study trip abroad.

 

Who can apply

– young people between 16 and 20 years old;

– from all nationalities;

– not attending university.

 

Journey conditions

– research a participant-chosen topic;

– undertaken alone;

– covered solely by the 700 Euro grant;

– minimum duration of four weeks;

– start your journey latest by 30 September

– if not from Germany, travel to a German-speaking country or focus on Germany-related subject

– no air travel allowed;

– excludes regions of warfare or violent ethnic conflicts;

– participants have a personal advisor via email;

– submission of a project report (at least 8000 words), travel diary, or alternative documentation.

 

How to apply

– complete the application form;

– parents must complete a consent form (even if the candidate has reached the majority age).
