The Voices Awards
Are you a journalist, teacher, or media literacy advocate making a difference? Show off your work and be recognised at the Voices Festival in Florence, Italy, from 10 to 12 March 2026.
Who can enter?
- media outlets
- freelance journalists
- students at journalism schools
- trainee journalists
- individuals or groups active in media literacy activities
resident in 27 EU Member States, candidate countries, or potential candidates (Albania, Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).
Only for the Lorenzo Natali Prize – International best practices in journalism, entries must be submitted by applicants legally residing or be established outside the EU27.

Prizes
Each of the 24 most impressive entries will receive a €1,200 prize. Winners will also showcase their work at the Voices Festival with a short video or presentation.
