The Leaders Europe programme is a six-month virtual initiative designed to cultivate a network of innovative, values-based changemakers across Europe. It targets emerging leaders in government, civil society, and the private sector who are committed to advancing the common good and prepared to create concrete solutions to regional and global challenges.

Eligibility requirements

• Be between 24 and 45 years old on September 1, 2026
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience
• Be proficient in English
• Be a citizen or permanent resident in one of the 46 Council of Europe member states and Kosovo, OR be a refugee/asylum seeker in an eligible European nation, OR have lived in an eligible territory for the last 5 years.

Programme structure (Virtual, 6 Months)

• Weekly Leadership Workshops: Tailored sessions focused on identifying personal values, engaging across differences, working on inclusive power, and developing leadership skills.
• Monthly Timely Conversations: Engagement with prominent community leaders on pressing issues confronting Europe.
• Monthly Community Groups: Virtual small-group and one-on-one sessions to foster lasting professional relationships.
• Individualized Leadership Coaching: Each participant is paired with a coach to gain self-awareness, clarify goals, and unlock their leadership potential.
