The Global Cultural Relations Programme (GCRP) supports young changemakers and innovators in the cultural and creative sectors from all over the world, in developing lifelong skills, increasing their knowledge, building their international network and receiving support to engage in international cultural relations.

This year the GCRP will take place in Madrid (Spain) from 10-13 October 2023 and will be delivered in English.

Who can participate

• changemakers, professionals and entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative sectors and including also climate change and environmental ones, from any country
• aged 25-39, with at least three years’ experience in international collaboration or international cultural relations, and an interest in further developing their skills
• they could work for a public, private or civil society organisation, or be freelancers
• available throughout the programme from 10-13 October 2023 and allow time for travel to and from Madrid.
