Funding Fairer Futures
Funding Fairer Futures is a new initiative dedicated to strengthening the climate movement and transforming it into one that is truly inclusive enabling everyone, including those in marginalised communities, to actively participate in and shape climate action.
What is it
The Youth Climate Changemakers Fund, Europe’s largest fund for youth organisations and informal groups, provides financial support and training to carry out projects that will contribute to strengthening the climate movement.
As part of the Youth Climate Changemakers Fund:
1)Informal Groups can apply for up to €1,000
2)Youth Organisations can apply for grants of between €1,000 and €38,000
1)Informal groups grants up to €1,000
Eligibility criteria
- Open to groups of at least three people under 30 who must be citizens of EU member states
- Activities must last between 6 and 12 months
- Eligible activities include awareness-raising, public engagement, mobilisation, advocacy, capacity building, and training.
- You can’t already have received, nor expect to receive, support from another fund financed by the EU’s DEAR programme (That’s any programme funded byEuropeAid/173998/DH/ACT/Multi)

- the Declaration on Exclusion Criteria
- the Consultation Survey

2) Youth Organisations Grants Between €1,000 To €38,000
Eligibility criteria
- You need to be a registered youth organisation across the 27 EU Member States
- Eligible activities must focus on engaging and reaching new, diverse audiences and on creating long-term impact and legacy
