Want to champion youth in sports and make a real impact?ENGSO Youth is looking for enthusiastic young leaders to join their team from July 2025 to May 2027. You’ll collaborate with passionate people using sport for positive change.

Eligibility

Aged 18-30 (during July 2025 – May 2027).

From a Council of Europe country.

Passionate about sport for all and youth empowerment (experience is a plus!).

Ready to commit and get involved in ENGSO work.

Confident in English.

(Bonus: A recommendation from an ENGSO Youth member org can help!)

Your Mission
