The World Bank Group is launching a new report on the environments that shape human capital. The programme invites young people to create a 1-minute video, using any style they prefer, sharing their personal perspective on one of three key environments that influence human development: home, neighborhood, or workplace.

Eligibility criteria

• Be between 18 and 30 years old
• Non-English-speaking videos must be subtitled in English
• The length of the videos should not exceed one (1) minute
• The person in charge of video submission confirms having all artistic rights required for the video

Benefits

The top videos will be featured on the World Bank social media, the Human Capital Report website and during the global report launch early next year
