Tasks of the volunteer
- Active support in the preparation and development of: information meetings; seminars; pre-departure and on-arrival trainings besides monitoring and final evaluation meetings with in-coming and out-going volunteers from different programs.
- Collaboration with the preparation and management of Info-days, Youth Exchanges, etc.
- Information sessions at schools.
- Communication activities: update website, translation of news, Facebook page, collaboration in the preparation of newsletters, elaboration of flyers, etc.
- Active collaboration in the development of support material for other young people (update and improvement of brochures; photograph booklet about projects; guidelines to use blogs, etc.).
- Organization of language course.
