
The European Investment Bank Institute offers residencies and mentorships for visual artists under 35, providing opportunities to develop their practice, create art projects under renowned mentorship, and potentially exhibit at EIB premises.
In 2025, the residency will take place between the Cité Internationale des arts in Paris for two months (September-October), and neimënster in Luxembourg for one month (November).

Born after 1 January 1990 (applies to both members for artist duos)

EU nationals (except Ukraine call, which requires Ukrainian nationality)

Duration: September to November 2025
Daily allowance: €80
Production contribution: €500 at the start, €1000 success fee at the end
Travel costs covered (to Paris, from Paris to Luxembourg, and from Luxembourg)
Live-in studio/working space provided
Possible artwork acquisition by EIB upon completion
