YOUTH4ORs project is inviting young changemakers to share their projects empowering young people in the outermost regions. 

Who can apply

• Young individuals or teams of young people aged 15-24 
• Non-profit associations or educational institutions (public or private) that develop activities with or targeting young people aged 15-24
• Legal residents in one of the European Union (EU) outermost regions (French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion Island, Saint-Martin, Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands)

Eligible projects

Projects should improve citizens’ quality of life and foster local/regional development, adapted to the specific situation of each region and promote sustainable development in the outermost regions.

They could contribute to:

• Environmental protection
• Digital solutions to local challenges
• Equal opportunities and access to the labour market

Actions seeking to promote equality and inclusion are particularly encouraged.

Budget: from EUR 5 000 to EUR 10 000

Duration: 6 or 10 months starting from 1 September 2024
