Unfold Your World: Nature’s Molecular Wonders is a new science and art project for 14-18-year-olds, launching across the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) member states this month. 

Eligibility

Young people between 14-18 years old, living in an EMBL member state and linked to an institution (school, youth group, community centre, or similar).

Prizes

Two winners in each Member State will receive EUR 100. Selected artworks will be displayed in a special exhibition at The World of Molecular Biology in EMBL Heidelberg and online. 

How to participate: 

Young people are invited to reflect on the beauty of protein structures, discover the important role proteins play in our bodies and nature, and create artworks based on their insights.
