Think of a story on Europe you want to share and an object to illustrate it. This can be anything: a video of your granddad, a photo of a train ticket, a letter from your first girlfriend.
The only prerequisite is this: your story has to have something to do with Europe.
Upload your contribution to the My House of European History website, come back to this page and explain in 200 characters or less what Europe means to you.
To apply, you need to be at least 18 years old, live in a European Union country and be available on 30th-31st March 2017.
A jury will select 10 submissions from the most liked ones and then choose the three best entries from among them.
The three winners will be invited for a trip to Rome on 30th-31st March 2017 (accommodation and travel expenses will be arranged and covered by the organisers).
They will bring live coverage of the events and contribute to the Parliament’s Facebook page and other social media channels.
Deadline: 2nd March 2017 at noon CET.
The votes will be counted on 13th March 2017 at noon CET, so make sure your friends like your contribution on the event page!
The Competition is organised by the European Parliament, as part of the My House of European History project.
