Google Science Fair 2016

Young scientists, from 13 to 18 years old, all over the world, are invited to join the fair and submit interesting, creative projects that are relevant to the world today. They can compete on their own or in a team of up to three persons. Entrants can submit projects in any one of the following categories: flora & fauna, food science, earth & environmental sciences, inventions & innovation, electricity & electronics, robotics, biology, chemistry, physics, behavioral & social sciences, energy & space, astrophysics, computer science & math.

Prizes include $50,000 in scholarships and classroom grants from Scientific American and Google, a National Geographic Expedition to the Galapagos, an opportunity to visit LEGO designers at their Denmark headquarters, and the chance to tour Virgin Galactic’s new spaceship at their Mojave Air and Spaceport.
