Apply to compete for the European Charlemagne Youth Prize

Young people from 16 to 30 years old from all EU countries are invited to apply until 2 February with projects that promote the development of a sense of European identity and offer examples of Europeans living together as one community.

The European Charlemagne Youth Prize aims to encourage the development of European consciousness among young people, as well as their participation in European integration projects. Representatives of the 28 national projects selected will be invited to the award ceremony in Aachen, Germany on 12 May 2015. The three best projects receive money prizes and as part of the prize, the three laureates will be invited to visit the European Parliament (in Brussels or in Strasbourg).

The European Charlemagne Youth Prize is awarded jointly and annually by the European Parliament and the Foundation of the International Charlemagne Prize of Aachen.
