This is an EU grant for any public or private organisation active in the field of adult education, in the labour market or in the fields of education, training and youth, to receive support to carry out projects promoting the mobility of adult education staff in another country.
 
The activities funded by the Erasmus+ programme under this action are:
1. teaching/training assignments allowing staff of adult education organisations to teach or provide training at a partner organisation abroad.
2. staff training supporting the professional development of adult education staff through a work placement or a job shadowing/observation period abroad in any relevant organisations active in the field of adult education.

In order to receive grants, organisations must be established in a Programme Country:
– 28 Member States of the European Union;
– Non EU Programme Country: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
 
The project should last from 1 to 2 years.
The activity should last from 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time.
Staff in charge of adult education, working in the sending adult education organisation(s) can take part to this activity.

Who can apply
 – adult education organisation sending its staff abroad,
 – adult education organisation, acting as coordinator of a national mobility consortium of adult education organisations.

Individuals cannot apply directly for a grant.

Deadline: 2 February 2016, 12:00 midday (Brussels time), for projects starting on 1st June and 31 December of the same year.

If a second round is organised, applicants have to submit their grant application by 4 October at 12:00 (midday Brussels time) for projects starting between 1 January and 31 May of the following year.
