From 1 to 7 May hundreds of events will be taking place across Europe to inform young people about various EU mobility opportunities, solidarity, inclusion, democracy and active citizenship.
Under the slogan “Shape it, move it, be it”, the 33 countries participating in the Erasmus+ programme will host conferences, workshops and outdoor activities where you will have the chance to get involved in the new European Solidarity Corps, learn more about Erasmus+ and get involved in youth policy making. Find events in your country. Don’t miss this chance!
Active participation, solidarity and innovative thinking are shaping the future of Europe. Discover in these videos the inspiring stories of young change makers who under the Erasmus+ programme have made an impact in their communities. Are you also a change maker?
Young people across Europe are invited to stand up and join hands in human chains as a way to show their solidarity and commitment to continue building an inclusive and diverse EU. Take pictures of the human chain and upload them to your social networks using the hashtag #youthweek and #EuSolidarityCorps.
The future of the Youth Information strategy will be discussed in the seminar “Youth information: Backbone of a successful EU Youth Strategy” organised by the Eurodesk network and the European Youth Forum. The event will take place in Brussels on May 2 at 13.30h. More information here.
