The Camp aims to engage young people and youth organisations from conflict stricken regions in dialogue and conflict transformation activities.
The camp is addressed to young people, from 18 to 25 years old, from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kosovo, from both the Albanian and Serbian and other backgrounds, Ukraine, Georgia, including Abkhazia and South Ossetia, and the Russian Federation, specifically young people directly affected by the crisis with Georgia and Ukraine.
Travel expenses and visa costs are reimbursed upon presentation of the relevant receipts, according to the rules of the Council of Europe. Board and lodging at the seminar will be provided and paid for by the Council of Europe at the European Youth Centre in Budapest, Hungary.
