The Contest is meant for those who have been abroad for a study programme, youth exchange or work placement and got an amazing experience to tell. To join this contest, participants have to create a video of up to three minutes describing the most challenging incident that they have been through while abroad, the important things they have learnt and the funniest situation that happened to them.
The contest is open to anyone involved in any mobility action regardless of age, business sector, nationality or supporting measure such as Erasmus, Leonardo, Youth in Action or other regional or national programmes.There are two award categories, one for the videos elected by the Europemobility Jury and one for those elected by the online voters. Europemobility will award €500, for the best video nominated by the Jury, and an iPad, for the best video nominated by the online voters. The three best videos for both categories will win a trip to the Award Ceremony, which will take place in Paris on 22 November 2012.
Deadline to submit videos is 15 September 2012.
